Enjoying Exercises With Sole Elliptical

The elliptical cross trainer weren't something I knew a lot about. The treadmills were something I knew all about. Few years ago I tried to exercise on a treadmill machine, but I didn't enjoy the ride. I didn't enjoy the moving tread that my feet were slapping against, besides these machines being too loud and cumbersome. My knees got hurt, and besides that, I had a lot of trouble just keeping my balance.

There are many people that do not like to workout, and I am one of them. It is hard for me to get a motivation for exercising, but I like the feeling I have after my exercising routine. I like to be distracted while I'm working out. I realized I had to start exercising because I gained 20 pounds extra. I couldn't properly enjoy in the aerobic videos I rented. I had a gym membership, but I simply didn't have the time to visit it. My husband said that we buy an elliptical trainer for our home. And then we started to look for an elliptical trainer that would be best for our budget.

One of the Sole elliptical machines was our choice. There are more than one feature I love about this machine, but the fact that it is so quiet is the best of them all. Since I placed my exercising machine in my living room I can watch my TV show and exercise at the same time. I don’t have to have the television volume turned to a deafening level just to be able to hear over the sound of the elliptical. Unlike a treadmill, the elliptical machine is whisper quiet.

One of the other things I enjoy about it is that the foot pads you step on move with you. When I raise my foot to make a stp, the footpad on the elliptical trainer will raise together with my foot. A moving tread is not something your feet will hit all th time. It is a fluid motion and since the arm bars move along with you while you are in the running/jogging motion, you are able to keep your balance and feel like you are getting a total body workout with this piece of fitness equipment.

After exercising on this Sole elliptical, it is hard for me to imagine moving back to a treadmill.
